[attr="class","runwrap"] [attr="class","runtop"] [attr="class","runpic"] This was new, Jeong had never been called to the Ranger Headquarters before. In fact he'd never really gone there before, except for when he first joined. He decided it was always best to be outside, this region had far too much wrong with it for him to be inside wasting time doing god knows what. The male could only wonder what he was called in for, perhaps he'd be scolded for his unorthodox methods or maybe they would want him to finally hand in all his Ranger Reports. He hoped not, a lot of them were unfinished and stacked up. Even if he finished one another two would take up its place. The life of a Ranger sure was quite hectic, especially if you were one of the few that actually did their job in the region. Maybe they'd assign him some other rookie, another thing he hoped they wouldn't do. Jeong was quite literally the 'Lone Ranger' for he preferred to work alone, too prideful to call in for assistance from anyone that wasn't a Pokémon. As the Ranger entered the Headquarters he'd simply sigh, feeling as if being in this building was just a waste of time. He quickly made his way to the brunette behind the counter, checking in to see what he was called in for. The male nodded to the poor pale woman behind the counter, she looked like she hadn't gone outside in weeks being swamped in papers. "I'd hate to be her."Jeong quickly weaved his way throughout the hallways ans made his way to the Commissioner's office, for she had something to tell the male apparently. He paused at her door, taking a breath before knocking. "Excuse me Commissioner, it's Cadet Jeong Chang-Hee. You called me for something?"Adrian Mastry [attr="class","drkeecredit"]— DARKEE — [newclass=.drkeecredit]text-align: center; width: 100%; font: 8px verdana; font-weight: bold; margin-top: 3px;[/newclass][newclass=.drkeecredit a]font: 8px verdana; font-weight: bold;[/newclass] [newclass=.runwrap]width: 300px; margin: 0px auto; background-color: #ffffff; font: 10px arial; line-height: 13px; text-align: justify; color: #414141;[/newclass] [newclass=.runwrap b]color: #212121;[/newclass] [newclass=.runtop]width: 280px; height: 70px; padding: 10px;[/newclass] [newclass=.runpic]margin-top: -13px; width: 70px; height: 70px; padding: 10px; padding-bottom: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; float: left;[/newclass] [newclass=.runpic img]width: 70px; height: 70px; padding: 0px;[/newclass]

give it up IT'S THE SAME OLD STORY BUT YOU NEVER GET IT RIGHT It was always when Adrian was preoccupied that everything decides to go to shit. It almost felt as if the concept of trouble had placed a tracker on her and only acted when the ginger was away and or otherwise incapacitated with other matters. For that very reason, rather than being involved and nipping the issues in the bud once they had sprouted, Adrian was now stuck skimming reports of the guards on duty during the Lunar Ball. That evening was one that she had left early under the graces of the host Fantina, but not before being told of two issues that had made themselves known in the Hearthome contest hall. For the sake of the nature of the ball, Fantina had chosen to wave off the incidents as well as the commissioner's concerns to allowed her to be on her way for some much needed leisure time. Of course that didn't stop it from biting said commissioner in the ass later. The ginger had gotten the gist of what had went down, but among her reports there was a specific report he had been missing. Normally she wouldn't have cared, less paperwork for her to look over honestly. That said, that very same report was one that would have contained significant information regarding the events of that night that she was missing. Thus when she had heard the knock on her door, the announcement of the identity of whomever stood on the other side reaching through to her ears, the ginger would drop the papers that she had fanned in her hands and lean back into her seat. "Come in, Cadet." she'd call out plainly. She'd wait for the man to enter her office and look him over before actually continuing with the business at hand. It wouldn't be until the man approached the desk that Adrian would motion for him to take a seat patiently and speak frankly. According to the file about this cadet, he was fairly competent and shared her straightforward approach to things. Therefore Adrian felt no need to dance around with pleasantries as she spoke. "I called you in because I have yet to receive your report from you regarding the incident at the Lunar Ball," she began matter of factly. There was a brief glance downwards towards the stacks of papers on her desk as if to emphasis this. Each one had told of a minor scuffle between two rangers before the interference of her Absol, but nothing about the root issues that led to the it. The dark type had since given the ginger indication of where to look for the necessary information with a nudge to the correct personnel file and now they were here. "My Absol has singled you out specifically in regards to it and considering it involves an internal issue, I'll have to ask you to recount those events and brief me on them."

[attr="class","runwrap"] [attr="class","runtop"] [attr="class","runpic"] Jeong let out one last sigh before turning the door knob and entering into the commissioners room. He expected to be here some day, but not on the commissioner's terms. Didn't matter to him all that much though it seemed everything would be business as usual. The cadet made his way towards the commissioner's desk, scanning her very briefly before taking a seat as allowed by her motion. Jeong was a bit glad she didn't start with meaningless pleasantries, he wasn't going to brown nose the commissioner, he had too much pride to do such a thing. Instead he simply nodded, taking a quick glance at the stack of papers on her desk. Unsurprisingly he was called in due to the lack of reports he turns in. "I see, first I'll apologize, I don't really have time to sit around in an office and do report after report." He paused hoping that would be a good enough reason for it not to be turned in yet. The male opened up his messenger bag and pulled out his half finished report, placing it on the table in front of him. On it would be a few details about what had happened, nothing going too much into detail. It was unfinished after all. He began a vocal breakdown of what had happened. "It started with me doing my job, simply walking about and keeping an eye out for anyone causing any mischief. When I caught word of two dancers plotting a little heist. Not wanting to cause a scene, I continued to eavesdrop on their conversation, noticing one of the two was a Ranger, Matt Flynn."Adrian Mastry OOC:I DEFINITELY WAITED THIS LONG TO REPLY BECAUSE YOU MADE ME WAIT TOO, MHM YUP. ALSO SHIT POST RIP. give it up IT'S THE SAME OLD STORY BUT YOU NEVER GET IT RIGHT The blonde didn't seem to care much for the interaction and the ginger could hardly blame him. Before becoming commissioner, Adrian had attempted to avoid headquarters as much as possible and was quite good at it to some extent. Regardless he obliged the meeting and sat as directed. There were no flowery words of compliments or pleasantries to which the stoic woman found refreshing to see for once as she never cared for them to begin with. Some of the more seasoned rangers had known that but to see a cadet not attempt to earn her favor was intriguing. Better yet? The blunt answer as to the lack of completed reports. There was an apology but his provided answer wasn't as much of an excuse than it was an outright statement. "I don't blame you. They're a pain to go through too," she admitted nonchalantly. Even though she had to go through them all or have the secretary do so, they never truly held much value unless it was about an important mission or significant event. It was the only reason that the lack of report on the Lunar Ball issue was brought up. Nevertheless the commissioner shrugged her shoulders as she watched the cadet go into his messenger back to place the report on her desk. As Jeong provided the beginning of the verbal briefing, Adrian would reached over to grab the document and skim what contents it had. Noticeably it was incomplete, as should have been expected if it wasn't turned in. Flickering her eyes over to make eye contact, report still in hand with a pen being fiddled with in the other, she listened to his words. "Right. And I assume the other dancer was this unnamed red haired female that ran off with the murkrow I've read in the other reports," she'd ask for the affirmation as she jotted some notes on the white space of the incomplete report. There were plenty of other reports from the incident but they were all vague or otherwise failed to detail the complete events. While Adrian herself wasn't much in favor of eavesdropping into other conversations due to her personal nature, it was a necessary evil with the job. Thus she'd continue on, "What was it you overhead? Any motive or names?"
