Chang-Hee, Jeong

Raised in a wealthy and somewhat secluded family the adolescent lived a rather, pristine childhood. Everything Jeong needed, desired was provided for. Never once did he experience anguish or displeasure in that lonely time. No siblings meant peace, for there were no fights, no bickering of any sort. That was something he had not once experienced. With no other children around it meant there was only sophistication around him, around that of his parents and those Ranger folk that they were affiliated with. He was put into Ranger academy at an early age and quickly learned the ropes of the organization.

As the boy aged life changed, what might arguably be for the worst. With the vast wealth available to him Jeong would often travel far and wide experiencing varying luxuries. Among one of these travels he came upon what to him was the most disorganized and disgraceful group of Rangers he'd ever seen. He noticed that their region was overrun with Team Rocket and Team Galactic, and that their Commissioner had been hospitalized for a month.

Jeong had asked the main Ranger Association about the Sinnoh branch and was offered a position there in order to help the Organization. He now takes it upon himself to whip the Rangers back into place and restore order in the region.
