Adrian was born to a middle class family in a small town in Kalos, raised without much excitement in her life. Growing up she wasn't able to make many friends, never truly understanding how social interaction worked. Keep in mind that due to her attitude the girl’s feelings on companionship became numbed over time due to the lack of friends. Thus throughout her life Adrian became adept to living a secluded life where she would obediently study and get good grades in school while participating in many athletic activities alone. For the most part the woman was content in living this life, having no ambition to do anything more or less. At some point however near the end of her high school career she was asked what she wanted to be in the future. These life goals were ideals that she never thought about before and thus was not able to answer when the question was presented. It was an interesting thought that until then the girl never thought about. [break][break]

Thus before she decided to do something drastic, such as entering college for absorbent fees in a degree field she had no interest in, there was clearly a need for some soul searching. Taking a year off of school, Adrian went off on a pokemon journey as a trainer in Sinnoh for a fresh perspective on the world. There Adrian realized how much of a difference people were treated based on their gender. As a female in a large city, she would often not be taken seriously or even be hit on due to her appearance. It was not only how she was treated too, but how others of specific genders got treated around her. It was ridiculous in her eyes. Adrian did not dislike being female of course but she wanted to see the world through the other lens. This started her trend of dressing up as a male and hiding her long vibrant hair under a flat cap. On the other side it was startling as well, where women would feel entitled to men being attracted to them or expect men to buy them material goods. [break][break]

It reached a point that the only thing that Adrian became able to relate to were pokemon in the wilds. While it had become an accident that she had saved a few pokemon in a brutal storm one night, she had realized that she wanted to do something more for pokemon. To change the world in a sense that would give her the ability to give those creatures the peace to live in harmony with people. Thus she became a ranger to protect them, which to some extent also extended to people. One of the pokemon she had rescued that night, an Absol, became her trusted partner in that endeavor. Since those days she would frequently swap between appearances as the days suited her and keep that role through adapting to changing her voice as well. It's become a habit for Adrian and her Absol to separate for long periods of time however whenever Adrian has need, Absol will always return to her side.

After climbing the ranks of the rangers, Adrian's recklessness and efforts had led her to be the primary candidate to become the ranger commissioner after the transfer of the current one. However this did not change her popularity as her attitude continued to be a persisting problem among the rangers. Regardless after being promoted, Adrian has gradually stopped disguising herself as a male purposefully however is still inclined to wear more masculine clothing. The woman takes her duties as commissioner seriously, however her reckless nature and impulsive attitude often has her acting as a field agent and thus encountering more trouble than necessary. The times she has fallen into danger is only offset by her ability to act and get out of said situations the best she can
