 Just another two routes before he would reach pastoria city. Another badge was another trophy with added privileges; privileges which he gladly embraced. The dusksull would today take point, floating ahead lazily as his master followed right behind. There were times these routes got monotonous and today was one such day.

The duskull's eyes would glow a brilliant red as they locked onto a passing roselia. "Ice it." Adrien's indifferent command was all it took for the duskull to send a powerful ice beam at the roselia. The grass type would cringe as the attack hit but wouldn't go down just yet.
Instead, it'd hit the ghost type back with magical leaf dealing an adequate amount of damage. "Burn it to the ground..." While his master sounded rather violent this time, Duskull had no issues complying as it finished it off with a will-o-wisp attack. | DUSKULL

Next up; Loudred. Not the most intermediating of Pokemom and since Duskull had the advantage, twas safe to assume that Adrien didn't take this battle as seriously. "End it" Was all the instruction the man spared the pokemon. Starting with Ice beam the Loured would flinch as the sheer cold engulfed it. The skull face pokemon would then prepare a foresight attack.
Now agitated, the Loudred would use uproar, the duskull unhindered as it was immune to it. And then foresight hit. Being super effective, the Loured would immediately hit the floor. Adrien would nod with a smile before continuing on with the route. | DUSKULL

"Ice beam... " Adrien would yawn. The dugtrio was by far the most easiest of opponents to take down, the first ice beam doing some considerable amount of damage. The trio pokemon would attempt to fight back with the only non-ground type move they knew - it being night shade.
Alas, just one night shade attack would hit, the rest being easily evaded by the ghost type before ending the dugtrio with another ice beam. | DUSKULL

As the dugtrio dropped dead, the duskull would begin to radiate a bright white. While taken aback at first Adrien's astonish soon turned to a grin as he realized his pokemon was evolving. "About time..." He'd comment, although quite proud of the duskull nonetheless.
Soon it wouldn't be a duskull, but a duskclops that took its place. Alas, Adrien wasn't done just yet. Instead the man would reach for his bag and pull out a musty old cloth, or at least that's what it seemed like. The reaper cloth would then be handed to the duskclops and it would yet again transform.
With a second evolution wave, the once adorable duskull had now transformed into a rather proud dusknoir. And just on cue, a pumpkaboo would show itseld out in the open.
"Ice Beam, then will-o-wisp..." The man would command and then take a step back as he watched the massive pokemon finish the grass type with just two moves. Not a moment was wasted and the pumpkaboo would soon hit the ground, exhausted from the sudden assault. | DUSKULL

Another grass type. Too easy. "You know what to do..." The Dusknoir would give a low acknowledging grunt as it hovered ahead and attacked with an ice beam attack. Following through with it, the behemoth of a ghost type would then attack it with a thunder punch.
The punch however would miss as the parasect scuttled away and tried to poison it with poison power. Nevertheless the dusknoir would finish the insect off with a final ice beam attack. | DUSKULL
