major news alert!
witness reports from all over the region has been flooding in about strange happenings at the three lakes. what's more perplexing is that these occurrences seem to be happening spontaneously at the lakes. just moments ago, a burst of light erupted at the locations and residents in the vicinity have reported that the lake-side pokemon have turned aggressive and attack on sight.
However, there have been rumours and sightings of the legendary lake trio which has had trainers flocking in from all over the region.

ADRIEN ARKWRIGHT
Adrien's a suave, charming dude who's rather eloquent and seems all swell. And he is really, that is, until you oppose him in any way after which will rub you the wrong way in the most blithest way possible. The dude's a galactic member and while he isn't going to be religiously creeping on your pokemon, he will try to talk you into seeing things the Galactic way. Being from Celestic town, he's a big lore nerd and will get extremely chatty if you bring up the topic.
So while he isn't an extremist, he does believe that Galactic is in the right. Theman can be deemed to be a chaotic good personality, that is, he believes that the ways of Galactic, despite how wrong or illegal they may seem, are for the greater good.
F R I E N D S - He's friendly and easy to socialize with. He'll take you out to an expensive dinner just to hang if he likes you. It's easy to stay on his good side if you don't openly oppose galactic.
E N E M I E S - Some hate his guts others because he's a galactic dog. You may be his enemy or crazy ex. Feel free to go crazy with this one.
L O V E R S - He's okay with flings, but it'd be fun if he's into a ranger and see where that goes.
P L O T S - Possibly someone special who can make him question the ideal world he wishes to help create. Maybe someone who can make him go astray and finally against Galactic? It'll take some plotting but I'm game. Also, feel free to shoot anything else this way~

hello yes this is a snide snarky ranger. i don't know where this will go, but isabelle's a rich girl that likes arm candy and adrien is pretty. eventually though their ideals will clash, and a fallout, or whatever. she won't hesitate to openly defy once she pieces things together, and the only odd thing is that i don't see isabelle having an immediate dislike for this man what so ever based on only his personality and not his faction/stance. this could go either way, i'd just love for them to meet and thread. what do you think?

Maybe they could meet in a civilian situation? Adrien won't hiss and draw his claws out the moment he knows she's a ranger. Instead, he may be uncomfortable at that fact at first, but if/when he begins to enjoy her company he'll actually lowkey the whole galactic gig. Ofc, eventually when she does piece things together, it'll all go downhill but until then, he prefer to downplay it.
Also, dayum Isabelle is snarky af. Depending on their interactions, Adrien may just retort once in a while as well buuuuut yeah, lesse how it goes c:

yes, that sounds awesome. they can thread just about anywhere and if it's purely social we can have them meet in either celestic or hearthhome at their respective hometowns where either one of them will be more comfortable. or maybe they can be chilling by lake verity, or idk, to be honest. what would you like? would you like me to start the thread or would you?
I think these two would actually get along very well, both are big lore nerds at the end of the day Aster because he needs a means Aster's a bit more on the extreme side of things I could see these two forming a fairly amicable relationship filled with witty repartee, and a sort of respect there as they both still use each other both parties entirely aware of that fact. In his eyes Adrien is the type of guy Aster would do dinner with, but still deny any real friendship, if only because he doesn't subscribe to the concept.

One of the hometowns sounds good. Big city Hearthome would probably be more fun if it's Adrien's first visit there. He won't be stumped by the city environment but he'd definitely not know his way around. Uhh, could you make the the thread please? (just this once, I promise). - isabelle night
Heh, this would be fun, and somehow balanced as partners in a mission seeing how Aster's more extreme while Adrien's more relaxed. Adrien would probably deliberately try to shove the concepts of 'friendship' and 'warmth' down Aster's throat if he gets to know unsettling he finds it (only to fck with him) xD
Yaaaaaaasssss I love the idea that they'd just pick at each other about things that they know annoy the the other, Aster would constantly ask how many pokemon did you steal this week knowing Adrien hates the dirty work concerning the organization so this whole relationship would run full circle in a sense, did you want to do a thread anywhere or have any specific idea in mind? I'm good for anything adrien arkwright.
YOOOO this nerd wants to know more about the legendary pokemon. specifically, andris joined galactic to begin with because he's committed a lot of murder in the past and he thinks that controlling the legendary pokemon would help to put things right a la universal reset button, though he's not going to tell anyone that last part. andris isn't going to let anyone know, though adrien might eventually be allowed a bit of that info if they get really close? and andris gets really drunk
in the meantime he really really wants to hear more about the legendary pokemon plsssss
my idea isn't very special and i don't know how interested adrien would be in a lowly rocket recruit, but i know jade would find herself attracted to him because he's powerful and the leader of galatic. i don't see her leaving team rocket any time soon since i just created her/she just joined, but there's a good potential that adrien's influence could sway her ideals and recruit her into galatic. if it does progress to that, maybe she even works as an spy/infiltrator for him as a spy of galatic in rocket's ranks?

Heeey, Jade's quite the cutie and while it does make for potentially interesting threads, Adrien unfortunately is a bit conflicted at the moment and subtly is developing feelings elsewhere (that doesn't stop him from flirting though). However, it's not very likely that he'll reciprocate her feelings.
But yo! I noticed that they're both from Celestic town and maybe they may have known each other from before they joined Rocket/Galactic? Mayhaps acquaintances or friends? I don't know - Just throwing stuff out there. But as for the whole influence thing -- Adrien is pretty good with words and while he isn't Galactic Leader just yet (just an admin), he may try to get information out of her if he knows she's rocket. Of course, that'll become harder to do so if they know each other though, but like, yeah. That's something I've got if you'd like to plot further.
whoops! should have clarified by "attracted" i meant admiration, so there's no romantic feelings going on from jade's end, sorry for the confusion! x'D
i didn't realize they're both from the same town though (derp me), so that actually makes things even more convenient and interesting, i think! if it's alright with you, we could definitely take this down a different route with them being acquainted to very well acquainted to childhood friends, etc—whatever your preference is! i imagine jade left the house when she was around 20 or 21, so she would have been living in celestic still when he went on his journey, and then their thread could be a reuniting moment.
and on the contrary, i think the personal connection would actually give her more incentive to be swindled in siding with galatic, even if he may not mean for it. but all depends on how things work out between them!

Oh my bad! But yes, it sounds rather interesting. Adrien came from a rather rich (but conservative) family in Celestic and was pretty spoil, a contrast to Jade's more disciplined lifestyle. He was a little shit back then so annoying her was probably a goal he had set back as a kid and probably (to some extent) matured as a teenager. But right, a reunion thread would be nice and helps set stuff in stone and allow for some nice interaction c:
anywhere in particular you'd like it? i just have her cruising on route 219 at the moment - it might be nostalgic for them to meet somewhere outside/near celestic, maybe?
and an annoying friend sounds perfect (: it'd be a nice dynamic since she typically doesn't get along well with people that annoy her, but with them knowing each other since they were young, this could be an exception.

A meeting in Celestic would be nice. It's been a while and Adrien has also well, injured an eye and wears an eyepatch now, so it would probably be an entertain thread to see how they recognize each other (Adrien would probably stare at her really hard knowing that he's seen her somewhere but would be drawing a blank at first). Or if they meet in some place they both knew as kids or something. Anything works.
