The child takes a knee before swearing his allegience not to Galactic but to Aster personally Golden eyes watching in silence as he finishes his pledge. Caine's words echo throughout the cavern and for a moment all is silent. The dark skinned admin closes his eyes for a moment letting the peace sit for seconds on end absorbing the situation before stepping toward the blond haired male. Footsteps echoing until he stands over the spy.

He understands what it means to have one prostrate themselves before him, what it means to lead them and control them. Caine's life was now in his hands and he'd given it willingly all for the sake of his goals. It pleased the Admin, perhaps even more than it should have. Control was a feeling he favored and today he'd garnered it and over someone with great potential. Not to say Caine was the first, but he was someone the admin saw as useful. What exactly did the dark skin man feel as the boy had bowed before him? What emotions did that control illicit internally? These were questions the man asked himself as others had gone the way of Caine. Regardless of the emotions that came with an action that was so 'sensual' for lack of a better word, the Admin hadn't the time to focus on it. Far more important was that this was another step towards his true goals, and Caine's as well. Aster had spoken no lies in his preamble prior, this boy's dream were now his as well and he'd work to accomplish them. Any personal satisfaction from the act itself would remain secondary to his grand design.

"Caine rise and take this." what he'd hand the man was a device like a pendant of sorts when the time came it'd activate on its own guiding the boy to a certain destination when the time came. Aster would offer no explanation on the device, only that he was to follow it when the time came. "Now come my young ally there's much to do and so little time to do it."
