Adrien does keep an eye out for potentially talented recruits (especially since the coup is coming up) and if Caine fits the bills of what he's looking for, the man will definitely take him under his wing. As for missions, sure - - although his missions stray away from theft and murder and more towards information extortion, lore research or blackmail.
