CINDERELLA WHO LOST BOTH HER SHOES
Snowpoint City.. It was almost as cold as the Frost Cavern back at home. Even so, she could manage. Everyone was having fun in Jubilife, while she personally thought that it would be fun to spend some time in the chilly weather of Northern Snowpoint. While she didn't feel strongly about the cold, she personally didn't have a problem. Her body was always warm odd as it was, and so she often thought that the weather was nice when trying to cool off. Admittedly, the travel there was hell. Snow storms everywhere, but luckily everything cleared up by the time she passed Lake Acuity. Plus, she didn't have to get into any unnecessary battles. Scatterbug and Swablu just.. Didn't do well in the cold. They did terribly in the cold.
On the other hand.. What was she to do now? There was a bit of snow on the ground, she could visit the ruins in the north, see the gym and a few others things. I dunno. Build a snowman? Get some hot cocoa? Hmm.. That second option sounded pretty nice right now, so she'd keep that in the back of her mind. Hrm.. Oh, wouldn't ice skating be an option? Yes! That would be wonderful! But first.. It would be wise to rent herself a nice pair of skates.
Her feet took her to a nearby clothing store, quickly purchasing a nice scarf and sufficient pair of gloves for herself. She'll stay warm, she'll stay warm.
Colette made haste to wander over to a vacant ice rink, holding onto a pair of ice skates that she ended up buying for herself; more accurately, they were just clip on skates that she put on her shoes. So she could just slip them onto the sole of her boots and begin skating herself whenever. Plus, she could always put on the guards and shove them into her bag when she ever wanted using them again. I mean, there was also the possibility of giving them to her grandparents. Man, she really needed a pokemon that could use fly sometime. Just so that she wouldn't have to go through that hell of a snow storm again. "Alright.. We should be alright!" Her voice chirped, running over to the frozen surface. Luckily, her feet were able to plant into the snow firmly and so prevented her from slipping. Usually, she would have.
After getting herself ready, the trainer hefted herself upwards and slowly adjusted herself to the ice. No, she wasn't an expert at the sport, but she was decent enough to glide around on the ice without very much of a problem.
Truthfully, it was a little lonely.
