(UNDER CONSTRUCTION) [googlefont=Quicksand] KORCHIA DAYCARE RESCUE CENTRE A ■ HOME ■ FOR ■ THE ■ WILD A DAYCARE AND RESCUE CENTRE FOR ALL POKEMON SO WHAT IS THIS PLACE? Korchia rescue and daycare centre is a private business founded and run by the young trainer Orvis Ren. Since starting his journey, he's always known he had a different outlook on the world and the uses for pokemon and has strong beliefs that pokemon should not be forced into battle and terrorised in their own environment in the wild. Now there are more and more people in Sinnoh due to its unique climate and countless species of pokemon and because of this, the environment is being damaged greatly. Due to this, Orvis has created the Korchi Centre as a home for injured wild pokemon which he nurses back to health before setting them free again. Not only this, but the place also doubles up as a daycare centre where Orvis and other Korchi staff will care and play with the pokemon before they need to be collected. What makes the Korchi centre so special however, is that all outsiders are welcome to come in and interact with all the pokemon here and if they're lucky enough, Orvis will allow certain pokemon to be adopted under certain circumstances. RESCUING Orvis has always been one for adventure, throwing himself at dangerous obstacles for the sole purpose of thrill or helping someone in need. Orvis and the Korchi rescue team actively go on trips into the wild seeking injured pokemon before returning them back to the centre where they can be healed. Of course, this kind of stuff is usually left up to rangers and pokemon centres, Korchi offers a much greater array of activities for the pokemon. CARING Both pokemon that have been rescued and pokemon put in for daycare are all kept under the same roof, there is no need to divide them apart unless the pokemon has certain requirements. The Korchi centre has every environment imaginable, lush green gardens to hot arid deserts. Food is provided for them which is funded by Orvis himself and funding from the community. The most important part however are the visitors who come in to give attention to all the pokemon that need it, whether they want to pamper them in the beauty parlour or help recovery with aqua therapy. ADOPTION Well, this is the most important part to some people but you must remember that this is not a shop! The Korchi centre is like a retreat for pokemon, sometimse pokemon released back into the wild return to the site just to say hello again. Visitors often don't feel the need to adopt the pokemon due to their frequent visits back and forth or simply because they just like staying there. There are however, exceptions - If one of the staff members notice that one of the wild pokemon in their care take quite the liking to one of the visitors, they will allow the person to adopt them. It just requires a few signed forms and a small donation to help fund the business. Korchi staff have every right to decline an adoption if they feel the pokemon is afraid, scared or still needs healing time. PHARAOH LEAP. [googlefont=Montserrat]

[attr="class","eleboo"] moon GARDEN A GARDEN IS A FRIEND YOU CAN VISIT ANY TIME Named 'Moon Garden' due its crescent shape that surrounds the main building of the Korchi Centre, this place is your standard area where most pokemon spend their time playing and resting. The garden is filled with all kinds of various things which has a picket fence which runs around the site. The moon garden includes: •Forest area, tall trees which also have a few rope swings on them. •falling pond, a mini waterfall that flows into a pond •Sand pit, fun and creative. •Flower patch, flowers rising as high as a sudowudo can be found here. •Greenhouse, where all the juicy berries are grown. •Mini marsh, by mini, we mean mini - don't be afraid to get a little muddy! •Wooden hut, a hut where pokemon can take shelter if they need it | [attr="class","eleboo"] DEEP BLue YOU JUST NEED TO DIVE A LITTLE DEEPER TO SEE BEAUTY Inside the building is a small room which appears to contain a small swimming pool. If you dare dive underneath however, you will in fact find that the swimming pool is the entrance to a large underwater aquarium. The aquarium has thick glass walls so people can see the pokemon from outside in the viewing area. The deep blue includes: •Small swimming pool, perfect if you just want to have a swim •Large coral rock, located in the centre of the tank, covered in colourful plants •Sandy Bed, comfortable and golden •Water caves, small caves that act like little homes •Shipwreck, a miniature 'shipwreck' adds to the wonder of the deep •Seaweed, a little bit of privacy if the pokemon seek it | [attr="class","eleboo"] obsidian cavern there is no need to fear, treasure lays here Although it isn't very big, some pokemon just need the shelter of enclosed spaces and dark places. The obsidian cave is just that, shiny black rocks with various tunnelling networks and a warm flow of fake magma for a warm glow. The obsidian cave includes: •Magma River, it doesn't hurt to touch, but its warm and glows •Tunnels, small passages for when pokemon want to hide and rest •Crystal Shrine, red minerals that offer a dazzling light •Boulder dome, a large hollow boulder | [attr="class","eleboo"] frosty forest WHEN snow falls, nature listens Of course the centre would need a nice chilly climate for its ice types! Located inside the building is a room full of snow (but also very chilly). Replicating a snow covered woodland, the icy forest is filled with thick trees and snow everywhere. Make sure you're wearing a thick coat when entering this place! The icy forest includes: •frozen pond, get your ice skates! •igloo, play hide and seek •wood lodge, if you want to warm up quickly •trees, large trees with in built snow machines |
