Fawkes was well prepared for the wasteland, most of his pokemon were fully evolved, he had four badges, and to top it all off, it’s one of the only ranger admins now. He was top dog in his own book now and was ready to flaunt it… after he got a flying type of course. Walking around was a bit too tiresome and riding around on the back of a giant Mamoswine is unacceptable in cities, plus he seemed to be going to Snowpoint a lot, he’d need a pokemon that can at least fly him up there so he wouldn’t have to make the life threatening hike up again and again.

So, with his Toxicroak, Ruby, at his side, Fawkes was ready to face the waste head on. Come sandstorm or radiation poisoning that would slowly but surely erode his mind and body alike do to the life threatening poisons residing inside of them, Fawkes was ready to catch a winged beast. A cool one at least. He would grind for one as long as it took.
