The weather was pretty nice today, barely a cloud in the sky, perhaps that was just how it was all the time in Solaceon town? Not that Corbin would have any idea if it was or not. Despite living in this region for all of his life this was his first time actually being in the town, and not just passing through super quick. He just never really had a chance to, until today at least.
At the moment the dark haired man was just posted up against a fence outside of the town, whistling a little tune to himself as he stared up into the air. Just taking in the beautiful weather that they were having right now. Tossing his head back a bit he'd move his hair out of his face, specifically just the white tips that hung down onto his forehead. Currently the ranger would just be wearing a plain black tank top and a pair of cargo shorts. Ditching his actual uniform for the moment.
While he stood there whistling the tune he couldn't help but mess the tune up a bit as a smile spread over his face every now and then. He was relaxed, all tranquil and what not and feeling good. It wasn't too often he had a break from everything to just stand around and unwind like this.

松の葉の葉毎にむすぶ白露のおきてはこぼれこぼれてはおく鳴な虫別るる恋はほしにさへ
| It is temperate in this town, with no clouds in the sky and sun brightly lit. A perfect town to retire in, or to have a family in. Peaceful. Almost as if the town was unaware of the threats outside.
And it's distastefully, terribly idle here.
Sabrina purses her lips as she makes her way down the streets. Nothing like the lively nights of Jubilife, nor the constantly busy mineshaft workers back in Oreburgh. There is nothing here, and Sabrina would never live here by choice. She prefers the thrill of the battle, and she's so restless that she feels like she has to do something.
Maybe a fight would do. Or just being obnoxious, in general. Her heels click against the concrete as she makes her way to the closest person, eyes zoning into the guy with the weird sliver of white in his hair.
"Hey," She says, putting on a shitty grin, "...How's it going?"

"..How's it going?" Was what Corbin heard from a feminine voice as he stared off lazily into the sky. At first he thought he was just hearing the conversation of some people in the town, it was a pretty small place after all. It would actually take him a moment to look over at the dark skinned women who spoke because of that.
At the sight of her he'd raise an eyebrow slightly, was she...bad at smiling or something? What was with that weird grin on her face, to him it seemed she was just bad at smiling. "Its...going." He said with a nod of his head as he crossed his arms over his chest, tilting his head a bit.
"A bit boring but its not too bad, just more quiet around here then im used to."
After saying that he'd reach a hand up to move the white bits of his hair that had fallen down onto his forehead once again out of the way. They usually weren't this much of a problem but they were just getting on his nerves slightly today, they were kinda itchy.
With the hair out of his way Corbin would give the women a smile before asking, "What about you though? Hows it going?" He was in a pretty decent mood today.

| Whoever this was, he seemed a bit too lethargic for her liking. There's a beat of quiet anticipation as she waits for a response. He glances at her and raises an eyebrow. It's going, he says. He nods his head and crosses his arms, casually tilting his head to the side. He was definitely trying to look cool.
"What are you used to then?" She asks. Sabrina slides her hands into her pockets and casually leans back against the wall. It's obvious that nothing exciting was going to happen, not anytime soon at least. This guy probably smoked some and is letting the high run its course.
"Pretty swell. Bored out of my mind though." She confesses, tacking on a wistful sigh at the end for emphasis. No mission available, nor was there any drama happening. Too idle for her liking.
"Wanna do something?"

What was he used to? After the woman asked that Corbin would shrug slightly, looking around at the scenery around him one more time. "Well im used to like bigger cities and stuff you know? This is my first time here, figured I needed a break to like wind down and shit and this town seemed pretty calm." He added with a quick nod of his head, his arms still folded across his chest. If he was trying to look cool or anything it totally wasn't on purpose, it was just incidentally. He was just normal one cool daddio.
As the women asked if he wanted to do something Corbin would shrug slightly, raising up one of his eyebrows. "Sure I guess, what'd you have in mind?" He asked genuinely intrigued. He had no idea what she meant, well he knew what she meant just not the intentions behind it.

| "Hm. Interesting." She says. Sabrina's the total opposite of him. A small town girl who wanted much much more. This guy came to such an idle town to wind down. His work must demand much from him if he went through so much effort to come all the way over here. Definitely not someone Sabrina would willfully choose to work with on a mission.
"Sabrina Townsend." She says, extending a hand. Introductions should be done and out of the way first. She would hate to come out of this encounter without a name, in case something happens in the future. This guy hasn't proved to be very interesting so far, but she'll leave with at least his name in mind.
She shrugs, retracting her hand whether he chose to shake it or not. Sabrina didn't have much in mind either, but she couldn't help but ask. There's practically nothing to do in this town, and she reckons that this guy won't want to do anything exciting, either.
"I don't know." She admits, and shrugs. "Something other than sitting around? Entertain me."
