SHARP AS STEEL. STOP FOR NO MAN. YOU'D BETTER BEG AND KNEEL. Sneezing as he made his way into the abandoned theater Aubrey would look around in excitement at the dilapidated building. Sure it was more then a bit dusty and making him sneeze already but this was the perfect place for some exploring. As far as he knew there hadn't been anyone this building in YEARS. Who knows what he could find in a place like this!
Not really wasting anytime the blonde began to make his way around the inside of the theater, his backpack dangling from one shoulder as he walked. His right hand, the false one, clutching a flashlight to help him be able to see in this place. Sweeping the flashlight around to try to get a better view of the presumably dark interior of the theater Aubrey would move kinda slowly. Despite being excited he knew that he still had to be careful. After all what if there were some loose floor boards or something and he winded up down in the basement? 167 words ● @mod peeps ● lookin for pokeman

SHARP AS STEEL. STOP FOR NO MAN. YOU'D BETTER BEG AND KNEEL. Making his way from the lobby of the abandoned theater into the actual theater itself the blonde would almost immediately switch off the flashlight in his hand. While it was useful to help him see he didn't want to alert...whatever that was on the stage that he was here. It looked like a person or something was standing on the stage and singing some sort of haunting melody.
Sneaking closer and closer to the stage Aubrey would stare at what was on the stage, it looked kind of human but the sound it made was too..off to be human. As he drew closer he could tell that whatever it was, at this point he assumed it was a pokemon, had already spotted his presence as soon as he walked in but didn't seem to mind. In fact it didn't seem to care that it was there, if anything he just motivated it to keep seeming it seemed. Hell the thing was just staring right at him.
Raising an eyebrow at the pokemon on stage Aubrey would begin to walk normal and head over to one of the seats still left in the audience. Only to then wipe some of the dust off of the seat and plop down in it, after all if the pokemon just wanted to put on a show the least he could do was watch it.
Eventually the pokemon would finish singing and hop off of the stage, swiftly making its way to where Aubrey had been sitting. As soon as it started to do that the man hopped up out of his seat as well, reaching down for a pokeball as it drew near, did it intend to fight him or something?
Now that it was in front of him Aubrey was able to easily tell that it was in fact a Gothitelle, while it was up on the stage in the dark he couldn't tell at all. Still a bit suspicious of what was going on his body would stiffen up as the pokemon reached forward at him. Instead of attacking him or anything like that the Gothitelle would hit the button on one of the empty pokeballs on Aubrey's belt, allowing itself to be sucked inside the ball.
"Oh..I guess it wanted to come with me or something?" He said in confusion as he took the ball off his belt for a moment to stare at it, before returning it back to its spot. With a shrug of his shoulder's he'd then flick on the flashlight and begin making his way through the rest of the theater. 434 words ● @mod peeps ● befriended and caught gothitelle, looking for more pokemon

SHARP AS STEEL. STOP FOR NO MAN. YOU'D BETTER BEG AND KNEEL. "Well thats a let down.." Was what the blonde muttered out to himself as he came upon a locked door near the back of the stage. It seemed that someone had locked the door to the backstage area after all, there was a pretty big looking lock right on the door. Luckily enough that wouldn't be too big of a problem after all. Backing up from the door slightly Aubrey would fling his foot forward, sending kick after kick at the door until the old wood splintered and the door fell in.
He was about to say some generic comment about how that was easy before he realized the door had landed right on something and squished it, a bunch of weird goo splattered out from underneath the door. Panicking a bit he'd go to run into the room to try to lift the door off of it. Only to be greeted with the sight of the goo starting to move around, all of which eventually wound up on top of the door now, before forming right back into the Grimer it always was.
"Oh uhhh heey there little...guy...girl..whatever gender you are?" Aubrey began to say as he still was panicking a bit, completely convinced that he was about to be attacked. However, instead of lunging at the man the Grimer started to laugh before hopping off the door and pointing to the remains over and over again. Eventually Aubrey would comprehend what it was trying to say, apparently Grimer found getting squashed by something like a door, something not too deadly, was fun?
Obliging the pokemon's request Aubrey would lift the door back up and just idly drop it, not even close to the grimer, in an attempt to make sure his theory was right. And it was, as soon as the door began to fall the Grimer darted over to get underneath the falling wood, before splattering all over the ground again and reforming shortly after.
This would go on a couple more times before Aubrey ended up offering a pokeball to the Grimer, the pokemon being enticed by the promise of more splattery fun and going on into the ball and allowing itself to be captured. With a shrug Aubrey would put the ball on his belt next to the others and head for the stairs in the back room. He just had to check out this place's old creepy basement. 402 words ● @mod peeps ● befriended and caught grimer, looking for more pokemon

SHARP AS STEEL. STOP FOR NO MAN. YOU'D BETTER BEG AND KNEEL. Almost as soon as Aubrey began his descent down the stairs the boy would have to duck as something came flying on up the stairs. It seemed like some kind of bird pokemon or something? Despite nearly getting impaled by whatever was flying Aubrey would continue on down the stairs with nothing but a glance back up the stairs in the direction that the rogue pokemon had flown. "Stupid bird, Falchions a way better bird.." He grumbled out as he began walking around the basement.
Shining his flashlight around the basement of the abandoned theater the rocket couldn't help but grin at what he saw. There were of course some stuff left down here but more then he had hoped for. He saw some tools laying around that were left behind, there were still some copper piping in the wall, and some various other junk like that. All things that he'd be able to steal and flip for a decent bit of money. Thats why he was really here after all, to steal some shit out of the abandoned building to sell off for a profit.
With that in mind Aubrey began to get to work on collecting things, planning to run out as soon as he had everything he could carry.
