| In the middle of nowhere, that was how she felt right now.
There was nothing, absolutely no sign of human existence, as far as she could see. It- irritated her, to be completely honest. It wasn't something she was all that used to.
It didn't matter. She didn't feel like bearing the noise of a crowd today, and any alternative would be better. Absentmindedly, she pulled at the grass surrounding her, picking a few to bits as she moved on.
Yet she wasn't completely happy, to be quiet, to keep the silence. Despite the cool autumn winds, she was hit and bothered, and itching for something to do. If she was certain that was all she needed, show wouldn't have come all they way out here. No. The reason for her restlessness was not so easily found.
The riddle needed more time for her to solve. |

ignored roselia ▲
| The murmurings of grass nearby was what alerted her to the prescence of another living being. She lifted her head slightly, giving the patch of grass a closer look.
It wasn't just patch of grass. She'd figured that out already, seeing that it was moving too erratically. What it was exactly was another question.
Cautiously, she approached the creature, eyes noticing the details lost at a distance. It wasn't grass, it obviously wasn't grass. It was a pokemon. One that seemed to be rather hostile. It certainly wasn't completely happy about her presence.
Slowly, she backed away. She wasn't sure whether she wanted a fight this early, and even if she did, she didn't want to be anywhere close to the Pokemon.
It didn't seem to want to stop threatening Kay, at least until she went far away from this thing's home. Something she didn't intend to do.
She retrieved Evans' pokeball, tossing it out to call the Yanma out. He hadn't much time to stretch his legs for a while. The bug type Pokemon flew out in a burst of light, eyes on the Roserade.
"C'mon, bug buzz, Evans."
The Yanma replied by producing a humming noise with her wings, growing louder until Kay had to block her ears, a dull red ray radiating outwards, hitting the Roselia square on. Not that the other Pokemon faltered. A moment later, toxic spikes rose out of the ground, meant to impale the yanma, but no reaction came save a snort from Kay. This could end up all too easy.
Evans continued to attack, flying towards the Roselia to attack, then swerving back in an u-turn. Swiftly, Kay recalled the bug, sending out Ra in his place. The steel bird flew out, unimpeded by the spikes. The Roselia send out a half-hearted giga drain, sapping little energy from the steel bird, who immediately moved to attack, an air slash knocking the Roselia out.
"Too easy." Kay muttered, moving further away from the pokemon. She didn't want to leave, but it would be best to move on now. It had been, well, interesting, at least.

CaptureD Meditite ▲
| They left the roselia behind in moments, its body blending in with its surroundings until it was lost to the human eye. She continued walking, however, a hand resting on Ra. If there were others lurking around, she wanted to be a little distance away at first.
There were no other sightings, at least, for a while until the white and blue colored Pokemon appeared in her sight. Rather small, but nonetheless angry and ready to fight. A sigh escaped her mouth, with no attempt from her to stop it. She really didn't want any more disturbances.
A small gesture with her other hand, and Ra was flying once more, diving towards the psychic-type, slashing her wings down hard on the meditite. To its credit, it did not fall over immidiately, instead merely stumbling before a palm of force was sent crashing into Ra's face. He was not fazed, however, and a air slash finished off the meditite. A moment later, it was absorbed into a pokeball, followed by Ra, after some consideration from Kay.
The buzzing of a Yanma soon filled the following silence, however. Evans needed the excercise badly. |
