I have known terror dizzy spells Finding out the secrets words won't tell Whatever it is it can't be named There's a part of my world that's fading away He hadn’t keeled over yet, but he expected to at this rate. Eager to find new pokemon to add to his team, Johnny started off this mountain trek by breaking into something of a run. That was quickly and surely proving itself to be something of a not-so-great idea, however, as his body’s endurance failed to meet his mind’s enthusiasm. Why the shit am I running again? he thought to himself, before finally stopping. He puts his hands on his knees to rest, stretch and and take deep breaths. And in the corner of his eye, he could swear he saw the figure of something. On instinct, he grabs a pokeball, and prepares himself. MADE BY VEL OF GS

I have known terror dizzy spells Finding out the secrets words won't tell Whatever it is it can't be named There's a part of my world that's fading away A single chill runs down his spine. Which was odd, because it wasn’t exactly cold where he was. In the corner of his eye again, the shifting of a transparent figure. Finally, the pokemon, as he suspects, becomes clear and reveals itself. A shuppet. Interesting, and fairly cute for a ghost type. Johnny, however, was not only low on pokeballs (he only had two in his possession), but he was low on personal interest when it came to shuppets, so this particular encounter would be a no go. In short: Johnny ignores the ghost, and moves on. MADE BY VEL OF GS

I have known terror dizzy spells Finding out the secrets words won't tell Whatever it is it can't be named There's a part of my world that's fading away Further onto the trail, past the chill of a paranormal creature, Johnny’s vision settles on a growth of grass, and hidden in the green blades is what looks like a pokeball. The texture of it, however… something about it looks off. Johnny’s intuition compels him to grab a nearby stick, and rather than simply poke at what appears to be a pokeball with his own fingers, use said stick to do so. A gentle peck at the thing does nothing, but a harder prod finally causes it to move. Or rather, causes a it to release a cloud of spores into the air. Johnny instantly jumps back; better safe than sorry. The pokemon--a foongus, according to Johnny’s pokedex--retreats by hopping away. Johnny, with no interest in catching or attacking the mushroom like creature, doesn’t bother chasing it. Instead he continues further along the path, hoping his immediate future encounters aren’t nearly as surprising. MADE BY VEL OF GS

I have known terror dizzy spells Finding out the secrets words won't tell Whatever it is it can't be named There's a part of my world that's fading away The end of the tunnel isn’t too far ahead; light from the outside peers inward, and Johnny breaths a sigh of relief as he realizes that his destination lies just before him. Closer to his immediate person, however, is a small feline pokemon, an Espurr, standing wide-eyed on a nearby rock. It doesn’t seem hostile, but it’s attention does seem focused on Johnny. In fact, it doesn’t seem to stare at Johnny, so much as it seems to be staring through him. Creepy is one word to describe it. Odd is another. But the most apt, might be fascinating, because Johnny himself can’t help but stare back. Johnny gradually edges closer to the pokemon, making sure not to make any sudden movements. He slowly waves his hand in front of its face, and doesn’t get a reaction. Johnny, determining that he’s something of a non-entity as far the Espurr is concerned, gets an idea; he releases his Solosis to serve as a middleman. Finally, the Espurr makes a movement. It turns its head to acknowledge Solosis, and Johnny assumes, from what he can tell, that the two communicate telepathically. This is seemingly confirmed when the Espurr then turns to finally interact with Johnny, pointing at one of the empty pokeballs on his waist. ”Solo convinced you to join us, did she?” Johnny asks with a grin. The Espurr responds with a soft mewl and Johnny extends a hand in its direction. A handshake is shared between the two before Johnny gently taps Espurr with a pokeball. It’s successfully captured, Solosis is recalled, and Johnny makes his way out of the tunnel, satisfied with how things turned out. MADE BY VEL OF GS
