Mid-summer: time for Solaceon Town's annual bug-catching contest! Taking the idea from the Kanto region, Solaceon tries to boost its tourism rates every July by releasing bugs they've collected through the year all back into the wild at once. People of all ages and occupations are welcome to join! The event is put on by the Daycare owners themselves. The contest runs from July 19th-July 25th[break][break]
Pokemon can be found on routes 210 and 209. Participants are given an unlimited pokeballs that have been geared to catch Solaceon bug pokemon only! For every bug pokemon you keep, you pay the daycare 15 PD. For every bug pokemon you return, a cash prize that is based on the rarity and strength of that pokemon will be given (this can range from 5PD to 20PD)! The participant who catches the best bug pokemon will get to keep that pokemon for free, and win a 50 PD prize! If there is a tie between two pokemon, they will be asked to battle and the victor will be declared the winner.

The catch? There will be no separate threads! Each area (route 210, and route 209) will have one static thread in which all participants must post in! Each thread can hold up to six people-- there is no posting order, so you'll have to move quickly if you want that beedrill! A moderator will be spawning pokemon once two people have posted in an area thread.
