thieves and tomfoolery [C]

Taking a long drag of his cigarette Corbin Cole stood against the wall on the side of the Ranger HQ, dressed in his ranger uniform of course. The man looked oddly professional and proper in his uniform compared to how he usually dressed, one would think he would sloppily wear the uniform. Instead it was neatly pressed and clean as a whistle. Looking upwards Corbin would blow out the smoke, making the white tips of his hair that dangled down in front of his forehead also move upward for a moment.

Flicking off the ember end of the cigarette Corbin would go to take yet another inhale of the smoke that helped calm his nerves before hearing some kind of commotion. It wasn't too loud but he had heard a feminine voice yell out "HEY" then the sound of running. Curious as to what could be going on he'd casually drop the cigarette and step off of the wall, heading onto the sidewalk just in time to see some girl chasing after a man. He recognized the girl at least, of course he didn't know her or anything but he had seen her going in and out of HQ. She was obviously a new recruit.

Decided to get involved on his own Corbin would hit one of the pokeballs on his belt, his Rotom popping out on the ground in front of him. Unlike its previous appearances however the Rotom would currently be in its lawnmower form instead of being a giant orange refrigerator. The lawnmower was actually big enough of a riding mower for Corbin to ride on it. Which he did, with a smirk the man hopped on the mower and pointed at the man running down the sidewalk before mumbling to the pokemon. "Hey Glitch, we gotta go catch that guy."

As the mower took down off the road, at a surprising speed for a lawnmower, Corbin would look around at the civilians on the sidewalk before yelling out. "Don't worry everyone, this is just some Ranger business, i'll make sure to go catch that guy!" Before the duo zoomed off down the road, catching up to the criminal and the female ranger not too long after.

"Sooo you know you messed up right?" Corbin asked of the criminal as he looked over at the man running on the sidewalk, raising an eyebrow up at him. Glitch would just keep on moving at this point, matching the running man's pace with a loud electric burring now.
