BLAME IT ON MY OWN SICK PRIDE

Dmitri has been a vagabond ever since his makeshift beginning in a foreign region. After much of his childhood passed and he despised most of the local children, he was allowed by his parents to begin a pokemon journey in Hoenn. It ended tragically when the region was flung into chaos, and fledgling trainers were stymied for a time. He and his partner relocated to Kanto for a more peaceful adventure.[break][break]
While there Dmitri and his partner became estranged, though Dmitri still had feelings for them. After a time passed his partner was stricken with an illness that consumed him entirely. Dmitri never got the chance to make amends before his passing.[break][break]
He ventured to Mt. Silver and there Dmitri abandoned his pokemon, including a lifelong partner Broski. Dmitri had raised them compassionately, but now felt only bitterness. He couldn't call himself trainer. Most were glad for their freedom, but Piloswine was obstinate as ever and refused to stop following until Dmitri threatened its life. It somberly drifted away, but remembers.[break][break]
From there Dmitri began anew, corrupted by his frustrations, and joined the ranks of Team Rocket. The first few years were dismal and uneventful. But eventually talk of branching out to Sinnoh began to wind through as rumor and speculation. Dmitri was one of the first recruits on board with the scheme. Anything to take him away from the melancholy of Kanto; not to mention it was a homecoming.
