friends These will be easy for Dakota to make. By default he acts friendly towards people, generally all smiles and kind words. He's quick to stand up for people as well, and he's drawn towards the shy ones who tend to be pushovers.

enemies Pretty much everyone on Galactic will fall on this list, as well as any other bullies. Though that doesn't mean he might pretend to befriend their members, in an attempt to gain information on their plans. I'd love to have a plot where he tries to go undercover in Galactic, at some point.

loversI really, really would love it if he falls in love with some man he can't have, either because that guy is already taken or simply not into other men. Dakota is the sort who would fall fast and hard in love, and whether or not he gets his heart broken over and over again depends on if he finds the right man.

Adler Schwarz

friends Good luck. With how closed off he tends to be, it's very rare for him to make friends. If one does manage to get past his outer shell, however, he can be a violently loyal ally. Prolonged contact is the best way to befriend him, as he does gradually grow accustomed to others.

enemies Typically, he doesn't care enough about people to bother labeling them as enemies. Indifferent would be a much better way to phrase it, which is how he acts towards pretty much everyone. There are probably a lot of people who would label him as an enemy, though.

lovers While I'm open to him falling in love with the right guy, be warned that I'm not even sure what his type is. Quick fucks aren't entirely out of the question, but even those would be few and far between. Even with a repeat partner, he'd view it more as relieving a physical need, rather than anything emotional.

Oliver Hayes

friends While Oliver's generally polite to everyone, it's not so common for him to make true friends. He'll be nice and courteous, but it takes quite a bit for him to really trust someone. After working in law enforcement for so long, he's learned not to put his trust in the wrong people.

enemies Criminals of all sorts fall into this category, but not all of them. Oliver feels sympathy for the ones who have no other choice but to steal the survive, and it's not unheard of him to try and help people get back up on their feet.

lovers This will either take a man who's very patient with him and will put up with his homophobia long enough for him to open, or a man who's stubborn and forceful enough to break down his walls. Or if you have another idea, I'd love to hear it. Just know it won't be easy.
